How Hypnotherapy Can Help

Hypnotherapy is a very effective and rapid method used to resolve problems, both emotional and physical. I am a qualified clinical hypnotherapist trained to help clients with a wide variety of issues such as poor self-confidence, anxiety, fear of public speaking, sleep problems, eating disorders, phobias, unwanted habits and addictions.

During your hypnotherapy session you will be in a deep state of relaxation, but in complete control and totally aware of what I’m saying. It’s similar to the drowsy feeling you experience just before falling asleep, not quite awake but not quite asleep. I will be working with your subconscious mind, which is receptive to accepting positive suggestions and change.

Long held beliefs can be re-examined and reframed. I can help you to move on from the past, focus on the present and prepare for the future.

I also have specialised training in Hypnobirthing, which enables me to guide clients seamlessly through their pregnancy, and help them create the best possible experience of birth.

The power of the mind has always fascinated me, and one of my greatest joys is to help people explore and understand the source of their problems, resolve any unwanted issues and  overcome fears and blocks.  Helping people to change their negative beliefs and behaviour, and ultimately their lives, to become happier and healthier is a real privilege. I became a hypnotherapist to help individuals to become the best version of themselves, and through a nurturing and empathetic approach, this is exactly what I do.

I offer a free 15-minute  consultation to discuss your issues and establish whether hypnotherapy is the right treatment for you. Sessions are carried out virtually via Zoom or in person.

Feel free to listen to the sample relaxation below. To gain the maximum benefit from the recording, please make sure you're sitting or lying in a comfortable position and will not be disturbed or distracted so you can completely focus on my words.
